Wine and dine - trendy!
Vienna features an extremely wide variety of pubs and restaurants, from very basic budget eateries to posh and extremely upscale places.
Although its by far not possible to cover the whole segment, we tried to showcase at least a couple of trendy places here:
The Wein & CO Bar Schottentor right at the Ringstrasse is a wine store with a bar attached. Besides tasty mediterranean Snacks, Tramezzini and Salads, you can consume all the wines from the adjacent shop's selection @ shop prices.

Just recently opened, the Little Buddha features Restaurant, Sushi Bar and Lounge in a refurbished historical building in the city center. Very fancy red interieur, although the gloomy red lighting makes the food-location on your plate challenging.

At the Blaustern, you will find quite a couple of students from the nearby University of Economics lingering around. Selection ranges from tasty breakfast to veritable snacks and numerous cocktails at reasonable prices. Outdoor area.
